东营高原海泰机械制造有限公司成立于2007年6月，是高原实业集团公司与美国HTI公司合作组建的一家合资企业。公司位于全国~~的石油机械加工基地----山东东营经济开发区。公司专业生产冷轧精密管，年生产能力10000吨。产品规格为φ16—φ220mm。所生产的各种材质高精度冷轧管广泛应用于石油机械设备（抽油泵泵筒、柱塞、电泵外壳）；工程机械用液压支柱；汽车传动轴、电机轴管；液压、气动机械缸筒；输送滚道滚筒；纺织、玻璃等传动输送设备；空调制冷；热交换器及其它相关领域。
秉承以客户为中心的理念，公司自成立以来不断加强研发能力，引进先进的生产设备，精密的检测手段，以便满足客户日益变化的需求。公司致力于新产品、新工艺的研究和开发，成功开发出的一次性冷轧高精度精密铜管、合金管技术，取代了传统的给制成品机械性能带来不良影响的多次冷拔工艺。
在公司成立一年多的时间里，即已成为具有国际领先技术的一流精密钢管生产企业。凭借优良的产品质量，完善的服务，产品畅销美国、罗马尼亚、墨西哥等国际市场。
Established in June 2007, Dongying H&H Manufacturing Co., LTD. is a joint venture between HIGHLAND Industrial Co., LTD and HTI Manufacturing Inc. (USA). Located in Shandong Dongying economic development zone which is the national biggest petroleum equipment manufacturing base, the company specializes in precision cold rolled tubes & pipes, with annual production capacity of 10,000MT. Ranging from φ16—φ220mm products with hundreds of different materials, are widely applied in petroleum equipments(pump barrel, plunger, ESP housing); air conditioning & refrigeration，heat exchanger, hydraulic prop, automotive shaft, hydraulic and pneumatic cylinder, roller conveyor drum, textile and glass delivery equipments and other relative fields.
Guided by customer-oriented mind, we are continuous to strengthen technology research and development and introduce advanced production equipments and sophisticated detection technologies to meet customers’ rising demands. We are committed to new products and technologies’ R&D, the developed one-time cold rolled brass and ferroalloy tubes technology replaced conventional technology causing negative impact on mechanical properties.
